We are a school of fitness offering 1 on 1 training, semi-private training, and a highly energized group fitness program. Our trainers are coaches, constantly teaching technique while being creative, fun and inspirational. At The MAC we design your personal training program based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. We use evidence based scientific principals when designing your program that allows you to safely and effectively progress toward your goals and exceed them! Your time training at the MAC is more than just exercise to us; we believe it’s an emotional experience that leads to health and fitness as a lifestyle.

MAC-XF Foundation Program


The training team at the MAC firmly believes that building a solid foundation is key to starting any fitness program. Whether you are experienced or have never stepped foot in a gym before, the MAC-XF program will help you get started and on a safe path to the new you. We will work with you on the basic foundations of strength and endurance training so you are ready and equipped to participate in the MACX fitness program. MAC-XF will introduce you to the proper form and techniques of functional training while providing a fun, creative, and sustainable environment to start you on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals. The MAC-XF is 12 classes and you are encouraged to complete all 12 classes prior to entering the MACX fitness program.

MACX Fitness Program

Our MACX program uses functional movements in workouts that are constantly varied to build strength, power and cardiovascular endurance. Even in the group setting, the workout of the day can be scaled to meet the specific goals and ability level of each individual, or address any limitations due to injury or experience. We focus on safety, teaching correct technique, and making your training sustainable over the long run. All workouts are 1 hour, and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome.

Semi-Private Training (2 or 3 persons)

Training with a friend(s) can offer extra support, motivation and accountability as you work toward your fitness goals. We will design a program to meet the needs and goals of all participants in the group regardless of exercise history and experience, making the workouts fun and effective.

Team Training

Team training is an exciting way to improve your teams overall athletic ability. The peer group environment gives a unique and fun dynamic to working out as teammates push each other to excel with the ultimate goal of improving overall team performance. We combine speed and agility, power and strength training into one cohesive program. The MAC can help you get the best from your team.
