I am an experienced Certified Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness in North Valleys. As a trainer, I know how hard it is to spend time with your family and/or friends, work, and get in shape in the little free time we have available to us as professionals. Paddle boarding appealed to me initially, because I could have fun on the water while exercising with my children, my mom and my friends. I get how hard it is to fit family time and fitness into a small window of free time so I decided to develop classes that would bring families and friends together to get in shape while having fun. I appeal to women and men who want to learn new skills in the gym and on the paddleboard because of my energy level; enthusiasm; my passion for training and my innovative program design. I am known for my ability to work with a wide range of clients from special populations to elite athletes. This sport is for anyone who wants to add a little fun to their fitness. You will get out of it what you put into it. Learning the sport on the calmer waters of the Sparks Marina provides my clients with the ability to train on a weekly basis without a big commute. My clients take the skills they learn to the bigger bodies of water in Nevada and California knowing that they have the ability to paddle safely and efficiently.
